Study On Quality Management Of Power Electronics Product R&D Projects

This thesis take the quality management of power electronics product research and development project in company S as the research object,based on the research of basic concept,function,method,model and standard related to project quality management,according to the project background and combined with the application situation of one research project in company S,pay analysis on the characteristics of the electric power electronic product research and development project,this paper discusses the quality planning,quality assurance,quality control,etc.method of quality management of power electronics product research and development project,and summarize and refining from the quality management model on the electric power electronic product research development project.The research results of this article show that,through the establishment and implementation of a reasonable project quality management model,define the reasonable project quality management process,specific include programming of quality planning,quality assurance and quality control,three major parts.The quality plan is mainly the quality principle and quality management plan,quality assurance mainly contains process check/daily audit,peer review,technical review,quality control mainly includes work product check,quality target tracking,system test,defect(problem)management,which will make project process more standardized,thus to achieve the results certainty through normative implementation of the process,eventually enhance the quality of the final project.
