Research On The Development Of Xinjiang Fukang Industrial Park Industry

Industrial Parks, as a new bright spot of the development of regional economy, have risen largely and rapidly, many of which have achieved good economic benefits, and even become regional image projects. However, the development of industrial park is a complicated system engineering. Due to the misalignment of industrial park planning builders in the guiding ideology of the park development,especially in the effect of thinking mode for only pursuing the quantitative growth, the cultivation of park planning builders has not given due attention to the continuous competitiveness and the enterprise for regional characteristic industry’s advantage in the park, which has affected the sustainable development of industrial park.In recent years, in view of present development of domestic and foreign situation, the CPC Central Committee has made policy decisions for constructing Xinjiang vigorously by the power of the whole country, to achieve leapfrog development and the long period of stability in Xinjiang. Policy of aiding to Xinjiang is processing just like a raging fire, which vigorously mobilize the enthusiasm for building a better Xinjiang throughout the whole country.Fukang’s heavy chemical industry park was approved by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2006.It is beside the Tianshan mountains in the south, Junggar basin in the north, ZhunDong coal field in the east,Ganquanbao economic and technological development zone in the west. The planning control area covers an area of 562 square kilometers, the construction land area of 156 square kilometers. It has 70 kilometers’ width from east to west, which was divided into two area called east and west Fukang area for development and construction. It has been rated as "top ten industrial park of the autonomous region" and "autonomous regional new industrialization demonstration base", "autonomous regional advanced collective" and "autonomous regional circular economy pilot park". The park now has been basically formed in non-ferrous metal smelting, chlor-alkali fine chemical industry, coal chemical, new building materials, and four new industrialization systems of industrial clusters. After the Xinjiang working conference, for the sake of implementing the central strategic decision and realizing the regional leap type development, the municipal government of Fukang made the decision of that Fukang heavy chemical industry park was renamed Fukang Industrial Park, in order to adapt to the rapid development of the strategic opportunities.This thesis has formed a wide, omnibearing, integrated and feasible strategic development planning under the above background, to provide strategic decision support and guarantee for Fukang Industrial Park to realize span type development.
