Strengthening Industry-University-Research Synergetic Innovation is to implement the objective need of innovation driven development strategy and the construction of national innovation system, is the inherent requirement of Industry-University-Research advantage integration, integration of resources and the coordination and symbiosis, and is also each country the important strategic action of promoting the close combination of technology and economy and improving the technological innovation ability. Analysis and research the organization pattern and dynamic mechanism of industry-University-Research synergetic innovation, it has important significance for our country promoting the good operation and healthy development of Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation.This paper is based on the domestic and foreign related research present situation overview, first it introduces the related concept of Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation and basic theory, discusses the basic models of foreign Industry-University-Research cooperation and its enlightenment, analyzes the basic situation of Industry-University-Research cooperation and its existing problems, and further points out the necessity and urgency of strengthening Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation.Secondly, according to Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation organizational level and different compactness, this paper trying to divide it into five organizational model, including project type, construction type, solid type, alliance type and virtual type, and combined with the case analysis, discusses the definition, connotation, forms, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each organization model.
