With the entry of the economy into the new normal,private enterprises have gradually become the most active economic growth point in the national economy,playing an important role in the development of China's socialist market economy,increasing employment,improving people's livelihood,and exploring the international market.At present,many private enterprises are under the pressure of transformation and upgrading in the process of development.Technological innovation has become a key factor for private enterprises to achieve sustainable development and a core place for high-quality development.Faced with the situation of rapid update of scientific and technological products and increasingly complicated innovation system,traditional resources and accumulated knowledge of private enterprises can no longer meet the needs of their innovation activities,so it becomes an inevitable path to integrate and innovate with scientific research institutes and universities.As the degree of manufacture-learning-research cooperation,the innovation elements accumulated,each participation main body of the pursuit of maximum resource sharing and integration,and value between the main body to create the effect of cooperative innovation gradually highlights,create value as a bridge connects each link of "industry-university-institute" cooperation,to promote cooperative innovation performance is of great significance.At present,scholars have carried out certain research and exploration on the influencing factors of the innovation performance of industry-university-research cooperation,some of which focus on the behavior of the main enterprises in the cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes;some studies focus on the external environment;and some studies focus on each other partnership factors.Throughout the existing research,less scholars focus on the organizational distance between multiple subjects and explore it in depth,only as a certain context factor in the impact.Therefore,this thesis takes the private enterprise as the research object,and explores the promotion mechanism of the innovation performance of the industry-university-research cooperation in the perspective of value creation.Taking organizational distance as an independent variable,industry-university-research cooperation innovation performance as a dependent variable,value co-creation as a mediator variable,relationship embedding as a regulatory variable,in-depth discussion of the relationship between each other,and seeking to reveal the path of organizational distance affecting the innovation performance of industry-university-research cooperation I hope to make relevant management suggestions based on this research.The main contents of this research include four aspects: Firstly,this study makes a detailed exposition on the background and significance of the topic selection,and provides a literature review on organizational distance,value co-creation,relationship embedding,and innovation performance of industry-university-research cooperation,mainly including Review and sort out its connotation,structure and measurement,and related research.Secondly,on the basis of theory,the relationship between variables is analyzed,hypotheses are proposed and theoretical models are established.Thirdly,empirical analysis of the above hypothesis,using the mature scale developed by domestic and foreign scholars to design this research questionnaire,through the scientific questionnaire design and strict questionnaire distribution and recycling,the final collected sample data using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 software conducts empirical analysis and obtains empirical results.The results show that there is a negative correlation between the organizational distance between the entities and the innovation performance of the industry-university-research cooperation;the value co-creation has a mediating effect between the organizational distance and the innovation performance of the industry-university-research cooperation;the relationship is embedded in the organizational distance and value creation.There is a significant adjustment between the two.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the management practice enlightenment and the research limitations and future prospects are discussed.
