Study On The Selection Of Suppliers Based On VIKOR Integrated Model

Selecting the best supplier and establishing strategic partnership with them have developed an obvious superiority to reduce costs, improve profits and increase the competitiveness for construction enterprises. Scientific and comprehensive evaluation method of suppliers is very important for selecting the best strategic suppliers. The research about evaluation methods of suppliers is now numerous in the educational world, but the single evaluation method is not lightly comprehensive because of the different research perspectives. So efforts should be made to improve the scientific comprehensive evaluation of supplier selection.After the analysis of related theory summary about suppliers selection, this paper build VIKOR integrated model using the characteristics of complementary advantages between TOPSIS model and the GRA model. This model can reflect the whole close degree and the internal change trend between the alternative supplier and the ideal supplier in various evaluation index. This method can overcome the respectively evaluation of single method and improve the scientific and comprehensive evaluation of supplier selection. There are some problems about supplier management existing in HD Construction Company, such as the lack of strategic cooperation, the irrationality of the evaluation index and the sack of scientific evaluation method. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to build a strategic supplier evaluation index system for the company, and complete the evaluation and selection of strategic suppliers using VIKOR comprehensive model in order to show the feasibility and practicability of the VIKOR integrated model.
