It is Scientifically Choosing, verifying and managing the supplier, launching supplier's partnership actively, seting up win-win situation that have become the key of the manufacturing enterprises to improve competitive advantage.Evaluation and selection of suppliers is the basis and premise to establish collaborative supply chain management .Establishing strategic cooperation relationships between the manufacturers and suppliers have a significant impact in product quality, cost, delivery, inventory levels, product design.The automotive industry is a large-scale comprehensive industrial collaboration. Facing the thousands of different spare part suppliers, the enterprise should invest the main resources and the energy to the strategic suppliers. For the procurement side, the study of the evaluation and selection to the strategic suppliers is one of the most important decision-making, also the key link of forming strategic partnerships of firm and mutual reciprocity and mutual benefits. And it will directly influence efficiency and benefit of the supply chain operation.Presently, the study of evaluation and selection to the suppliers existence certain insufficiency, such as: Lacking the classified research to the supplier and the study on supplier's evaluation index system of different trades: The method of suppliers' evaluation and selection lacks pertinence. Seldom considering cooperative ability, the supplier's development potentiality between enterprises and the suppliers.Under Supply chain collaborative environment, the paper attempts to study the evaluation and selection system of strategic suppliers in the automotive industry from the view of strategic partnership relations theory. It has proposed the evaluation index system of the strategic suppliers and presented multi-level integration weight synthesis evaluation method to construct the supplier evaluation model., which demonstrates with the automobile manufacturers case. As theoretical analysis coincides with the actual situation , the evaluation index system is proved to be superior and evaluation method is verified effective.In this paper, the features and innovation can be listed as follows: At first, a strategic supplier evaluation index system has been obtained, including seven first-level targets , such as quality level, cost level, delivery ability, cooperation ability, innovation and development potential, financial ability and enterprise environment and 32 second-level targets: This research has highlighted two first-level targets , the cooperation ability and the innovation and the development potential, which reflects the different focus on the evaluation of strategic suppliers in the automotive industry.Second , in the index weight, entropy weight is used to confirm the secondary index weight of the supplier evaluation system and the integration of entropy weight and G1- law is confirmed as the weight of the first class index in summated evaluation.To some extent, it overcomes the drawbacks of the simple use of subjective and objective methods .As a result, not only it objectively responds the importance of various indicators, but also reflects the policy-maker's subjective desire.
