With the resurgence of the domestic mobile Internet business in 2014, many enterprises and entrepreneurs are attracted to start planning and exploration for enterring the field of mobile internet. In view of the majority of enterprises and entrepreneurs of the mobile Internet business are still unfamiliar with this new thing, lack of in-depth research and innovation of the network Internet business model, we analyze the existing mobile Internet business model, to explore how to use the existing resources and advantages of mobile Internet business mode innovation to enhance their competitiveness from the perspective of enterprises and entrepreneurs. Clearly the research has its practical significance.In this thesis, starting from the development of mobile Internet,we sum up the key points of the business model combined with the theory of business model. According to these key points, a detailed analysis of the representative case of global mobile Internet business mode are made, and the business mode and the innovation strategies of enterprises to enter the field of Internet network are put forward.Based on the elements of the business model theory, empirical analysis method to analyze the key characteristics of innovation and business mode of mobile Internet mobile Internet services are made. The healthy development way of the mobile Internet business is presented, such as needing to grasp the specific keys and constantly innovate the sustainable business mode.This study provides the guidance to help the Internet enterprises and entrepreneurs to shift into the network, but also help the relevant departments of the state to master the industry situation and plan relevant policies so as to promote the development of China’s mobile Internet industry.
