With the stagnation of the basic voice services growth and the increasing demand of the user, the mobile phone internet business based on mobile internet are gradually increased. The mobile Internet business is the technical basis of a new value-added services and other value-added services, The communications operators how to use existing network advantage, hold the opportunity,win the competition in the mobile internet business, Thereby stimulating the growth of new users and get the growth of interest has become a very worthy issue.In this paper, the key study is Changsha City Mobile Internet business marketing strategy. On the basis of the analysis based on the current situation and prospects of today’s domestic and foreign mobile phone Internet business development. Through field research and first-hand information, we conducted a survey and environmental analysis in Changsha mobile Internet business, and we get the problem in the Changsha mobile phone Internet business marketing strategy. Finally, according to the previous survey research and problem research, we got the innovation design of the mobile internet business marketing in the field of mobile terminal strategy, pricing strategy, customer service strategy, promotion strategy and channel strategy. And all the strategy has the practical significance in the marketing of the Changsha City Mobile company’s mobile Internet business marketing. We hope that this will play a reference and guide effect in the developing of the Changsha City Mobile company’s mobile Internet business, and enhance the competitiveness of Changsha City Mobile Company in the field of mobile Internet business market. Meanwhile, we hope this paper can play a reference role in the theory and practice of the development of mobile phone Internet business.The content and conclusions of this study can be used for the Mobile Company in other provinces and cities. It is also can be used by the Internet business communication operators home and abroad, as also as the government departments, the elecommunications industry’s regulatory authorities and the value-added services vendors as a reference material for the research of mobile Internet business development.
