Land consolidation as an important means to solve the unreasonable land use issues, which is not only to implement the basic national policy and also a coordinator to relations, the protection of basic farmland, the necessary means to realize the dynamic balance of cultivated land. The benefit evaluation of land consolidation is an important component of land consolidation, more intuitive, accurate, scientific benefit evaluation to promote the sound development of the land consolidation. which is one of the issues to be resolved in the practical work.
