Study On Land Use Zoning Of Foping County Based On Ecological Perspective

Since the past four decades of the Reform and Opening-up policy,the over-consumption of resource and environment problems have become increasingly important.With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy and society,the construction of ecological civilization has been put on the national agenda.Land resource as a vital part of the ecological environment,in terms of the goal of ecological civilization,the rational utilization and planning of land resource are the favorable measures taken by the state.However,the plan implementation of land resource has in death cycle of "sabotage-remediation-remediation" because of the lack of research in this area.Therefore,author will study the zoning of land use planning from the source of ecological security perspective and coordinate social and economic development relationship in order to solve this problem in this paper.Foping county,located in Shan Nan Qinling ecological function conversation area,the ecological environment of it is relatively good but fragile.Therefore,this paper chooses Foping as the research area,revealing the ecological problems analyzing the land ecological security and sensitivity,in order to optimize its land utilization zones,draw red line and improve the land utilization planning in terms of ecological perspective,which could provide important theoretical support and promote the sustainable development of Fu Ping ecological security.Based on previous researches,this paper combines the related concepts and theoretical basis,using the ecological footprint method and the index synthesis evaluation to evaluate the degree of Foping land ecological security situation and land ecological sensitivity in terms of perspective of ecological security.On the basis of the superposed method,this paper also employs superposition method to Make land use zoning optimization plan in order to get Fu Ping land use zoning and red line drawn ecological protection results.On the basis of existent results some conclusions are presented:(1)Foping county has an ecological deficit and 0.2029hm2 per capita.It is considered that the land ecology is not safe in Foping county,and the spatial difference of land ecological security is obvious in Foping county.(2)The land ecological sensitivity of Foping county is relatively high,and the extremely and highly ecological-sensitive areas accounts for more than 70% of the total land area in the county.It mainly distributes in the National Nature Reserve and its buffer zone and the high prone area along the river.Moderate,mild and insensitive areas are mainly distributed in valley areas with relatively small topography.(3)Compared with the traditional zoning,the land use zoning under the ecological perspective is more suitable for the development strategy of the ecological county,Foping county.The optimized land use area,the area and the layout of the land use are more reasonable,which can effectively guarantee the land ecological security for a certain period of time.
