The logistics industry is the new engine of economic growth, with the support of government policies and the increase in demand, which has been rapid development. The emerging logistics business has developed rapidly, such as processing, packaging, distribution, information services and so on. But from the perspective of the development of logistics enterprises, more than the number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and organizational degree is not high, the quality of service is lower, innovation capability and capacity for sustainable development is not strong. Therefore, faced with the development of integrated logistics services, customer diversification, personalized needs and increased competition in the industry, in order to avoid the homogenization of services, enhance the core competitiveness, adapt the development of modern logistics, it’s the inevitable choice that small and medium-sized logistics enterprises take the path of service innovation.This paper uses force field analysis from the perspective of power and resistance to analyze the service innovation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, pointing out that promote service innovation must strengthen the dynamic effects and cut impact resistance. Since the factors of service innovation are diversified and complicated, according to the theory of open innovation, putting forward that small and medium-sized logistics enterprises want to service innovation that requires the help of external resources, implementation of open service innovation model of multi-agent participation. At the same time, pointing out that customer, partner and supplier are the major subjects, and conduct analysis and interpretation. So the small and medium-sized enterprises service innovation triangular pyramid model which is multi-participated by “small and medium-sized enterprisepartner- customer- technology supplier” is built. On this basis, points out enterprises want to ensure the normal operation of the model and led it to play an effective role, they must be effectively managed. They can be made from the development of innovative strategies, innovative participators, organizational innovation and innovative Risk to manage.
