The Application Research For Improving The Supply Chain Of The Train Control System Components

The train control system is an important part of the system of railway traffic. The train control system is very demanding in terms of the parts quality and service. H Company is a supplier of train control system, undertook the production and supply mission of many critical parts of several domestic train control system. This paper takes the H Company as the object to study the application for improving the supply chain. These main contents included in this paper are listed as below:(1) The process to improving supply chain. This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the train control system parts’ supply chain. Then the feasibility and advancement of the solution based on the TRIZ method is proved. At the last, this paper provide a complete program.(2) The selection of the supply chain problem suitable for improving object. Be carefully to choose the problem of supply chain to solve can play a multiplier effect in the process of the improvement of it. This paper take fully into account the performance, the organization and the structure of the supply chain and then picks up ten problems as the object for the research. This make these issues be is directly related to the SC performance. And, these issues are all in the appropriate range of tissues which make it easy to be realized so that the organization can improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain structure.(3) The solutions based on the method of TRIZ to the supply chain management problem. Based on the method of TRIZ, this paper analyses some problems of the supply chain from the inner and outer of the enterprise. The solutions are provided and the results have been verified by practice.This paper provides a complete set of improvement method for enterprise to improve the supply chain, which can effectively help the enterprise to improve supply chain operation.
