Feasibility Of Using TRIZ In Management Innovation And Construction For Management Conflict Matrix

Innovation has become the trend of the world, whether national or enterprise, itsdevelopment plays an important role. In recent years, the topic of innovation hasgradually become a wave of discussion. The State encourages innovation and enhancesthe capability of independent innovation to build an innovative country. Enterprisesustainable development is inseparable from innovation and innovation has becomethe core of sustainable development. Management innovation is an important factor inthe management of modern enterprises, and it is the power source of enterprisedevelopment and the contemporary business environment. Enterprises must possessattributes. But the research on management innovation confined to the concept, idea,thinking mode and influence factors, research methods is mostly the use of case studymethod. So, insufficient study on innovation method is applied to the managementinnovation.TRIZ, theory of inventive problem solving, is a set of mature technologyinnovation theory and method. Its development tendency is to be universal,"veryprofessional" creation and problem solving method and the innovation method isprogrammed and certain system. Application of TRIZ in the field of technology hasachieved remarkable results. According to the application in the field of technology,foreign scholars have concerned about the application of TRIZ in non-technical field,while domestic scholars in non-technical areas of research is still in its infancy,especially in the field of management innovation research.Based on the TRIZ and the analysis of the basic theory of TRIZ, this paperresearch analyzes and management innovation of the traditional method, so as to findout the possibility of its application in the management innovation. According to thegeneral process of TRIZ to solve the problems, find the application of the startingpoint and point out the management parameters and construction of conflict matrixwhich is the bottleneck of management conflict matrix construction. Considering the complexity of management system, taking the example of supply chain management,construct the supply chain management simple, to illustrate the TRIZ theory is feasiblein the application management innovation. Finally, this paper puts forward the generalideas about TRIZ theory applied in management innovation and some personal aboutTRIZ construction management conflict matrix in management innovation application.Since the TRIZ theory’s large and the management system‘s complex, this paperprovides the ideas and methods of application of TIRZ theory in the managementinnovation, and it provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study.
