Application Of Toc And TRIZ To The Improvement Of PCP' Performance

With the trend of economic globalization, the company currently faced with more violence competition. As a result, new products stratagem become one of most important things in the competition.The development process of new products now is a traditional example which bases on the project management technological process, in the process of technological reforming; we usually adopt the theory of TOC. the theory not only effectively recommended limited resources , shrinks the time of development , descend the cost of goods , but also is regarded as a tool which can resolve the engineering technology problem .As a new artificial lift method, PCP has attracted more and more attention by the oil fields at home and abroad for its unique advantages including low investment, simple structure, easy operation, remarkable energy saving effect and wide application. As the matter of fact, these advantages haven't been fully played because of the incompletion and immaturity of PCP product and the matching technology. In that case, the aim of the paper is to improve the PCP's performance, to widen its application scale, to prolong the working life, and improve the operating performance, and as the result, to realize the high efficiency lift. In order to hit the above target, a series research were carried out: PCP performance theory, the method of improving the PCP performance, the research and application of matching technology which has great significance to improve the PCP oil production and matching technology, decreasing the oil production cost.The article adopts TOC to the project management of new products'development which is call PCP technology reform in this essay. the article mainly demonstrates two aspects: firstly ,it uses the style of logical thinking of TOC advance the process of new product's development , in order to shorten the development circle .and improve enterprise's competitive capacity .
