Design Of HS Project Quality Information Management System

Aviation productions are with high technical, high level of quality requirements, and also with high requirements in quality management of the productions. As China’s economy growing more and more open, the international market competitions are more and more fierce. The traditional quality management concept and methods are difficult to continuously meet the customer’s demand, difficult to create more value for customers, either can’t meet the requirements of modern industrial productions. It is imperative to use the information technical as an assistant to the modern enterprise management activities in this information technical widely using day.First, this article introduced the background, researching purpose and significance of this projects, expounded some basic conceptions of quality management theory, investigated the researching and applying situation of quality management information system at in inland and aboard. After take a brief introduce and analyses to the basis of information management system, this article analyzed and researched the QIMS. According the current management level and existing problems of the HS projects, this article analyzed the system requirements, designed the system structure, work flow, and the necessary modules, deeply researched and analyzed the design of database, find a solution for the interface technical of the system development. Then, take the First Article Inspection management subsystem as an example, briefly introduced about the system, analyzed the requirement and designed the system workflow. Final researched and analyzed the system development and application method, introduced and compared the current development method of information management system, defined the HS project IMS develop scheme, and show some instances during the system development.This article researched HS project QIMS, aim to make this comes true: centralized manage the quality information, efficiently collect the quality information, easily shared the quality information, search and sort the quality information fast, store the information with lower cost. Utilize this information system to manage and process the quality data, help the manager doing decisions with some supports.
