Research On The Improvement Of Quality Management System Of SACC

As the development trend of internationalization continuously strengthening and global industrialization contacting closely,quality has become the focus of the domestic and foreign enterprises. Enterprises urgently need a unified set of quality management method to cater to the world of global industry demand for standardization and normalization of quality. As a result, the ISO9000 standard quality management system was born. In the aerospace manufacturing industry, on the basis of ISO9000, increasing the special requirements of aerospace manufacturing and quality assurance model, AS9100 aerospace quality management system was created. Although SACC has passed the quality management system certification, and has its own set of management in quality management experience and methods, but with the deepening of the international development trend and the intensifying competition, the enterprise needs to keep pace with The Times constantly to refine and improve the quality management system.Firstly, this paper studies the quality management system on the basis of the background, significance, theoretical principle and the current research situation both at home and abroad,and further expounds the definition,characteristics,principles and components. Secondly,combining SACC own quality management system and adopting the AHP to form quality management system framework, it builds four primary index,containing management responsibility, resource management, product realization process and measurement analysis and improvement,and the index of 19 second class hierarchy system. Then,using the evaluation index system to evaluate factors sac commercial quality management system, the weights are given to screen for impact factor. Finally, on the basis of quantitative evaluation,working out all the elements in each index scores, this paper analyzes and summarizes the main factors influencing the system, namely, purchasing and supplier management,organization and management responsibilities and audit management and other three parts.This paper puts forward feasible schemes and specific research strategies by the deep analysis of the above three questions and enterprise's actual research.Through the research on the improvement of the quality management system, using efficient quality management system as support to ensure the high quality products, it can improve the efficiency of company system, strengthen customer satisfaction and improve the competitiveness of the international aviation market and share, as well as enterprises engaged in aerospace parts manufacturing to provide some useful reference to their system.
