In current era with energy crisis and ecological civilization construction, the government and community are acutely aware of the necessity and urgency of the promotion of green construction focalizes "energy saving, land saving, water saving, materials saving, environmental protection". It is foreseeable that green building will become the market mainstream, will usher in very broad prospects.Shanghai Baoshang Building Technology Group Limited(Baoshang Group) is a professional construction companies provides steel building integration solutions to bring our customers core values in design, manufacture, construction, technical guidance, service and other aspects. After years of unremitting efforts, the company becomes a well-known enterprise in public buildings and industrial construction. However, with increasingly fierce competition in construction market, the company’s business growth and profitability are facing serious challenges under traditional business model. Acutely aware of the company’s management, due to the profound changes in the external environment, companies must make full use of existing resources and capabilities, on the nature of the business conducted on the transformation and upgrading, and actively respond to the torrent of green building history, the development of a new development strategy system, to build converged consulting services, design services, construction services and energy management services, safe, reliable, cost-effective excellence in green building solutions provider.In this context, this thesis aims to explore the following two questions: First, green building and development path and market prospects; Second, under the green building trend of surging Baoshang Group’s existing resource capacity status, as well as how the company the ability to effectively use these resources into competition among green building market and win a place.In this thesis, under the premise of internal and external research data collection and in-depth systems, use of relevant theories and methods of modern management science in particular, strategic management, and in answer to the first question, based on the analysis of the study focused Baoshang internal environment, development and implementation of the Group’s strategic planning, effective reach the goal of this paper.This thesis can be divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction that briefly explains the background, objectives and framework. The second part of green building development environment analysis, the main contents include green building domain connotation, green building development and evolution path, the green building market prospects and competitive environment. The third part conducts in-depth analysis on Baoshang Group’s internal environmental consisted of resources and capacity. The fourth part is the analysis of Baoshang Group’s development strategy, including the overall strategic choice, core strategic positioning and strategic path to the target three plates. The fifth chapter Baoshang Group’s development strategy for the protection section, combined with the need of strategic development, this paper from project management, human resource management, technology R & D management and corporate culture from the perspective of effective protection. The sixth part summarizes the superficial results of the research.
