With the increasing development of economy, the market competition is no longer limited between enterprises, but more and more tends to be the whole supply chain competitive of the enterprises. Under the competitive environment, the source of the entire supply chain supplier management becomes the important factor for better survival and growth of enterprise. Obviously, the supplier quality management and control is conducive not only to reduce costs, to improve product quality, but also help enterprises to shorten the production cycle, to improve customer satisfaction, and to optimize the whole supply chain process, to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and share.A company as the wind turbine assembly enterprise, once experienced the rapid development with a great opportunity and challenge, but the current supply chain quality management is still immature without regulatory supplier quality management standard. To analyze the current situation of A company supplier quality management, this paper first elaborates on the basis of three aspects including supplier selection, supplier quality management and supplier quality evaluation. Then we point out several aspects of A company supplier quality management in the process of development problems, including the lack of supplier audit, supplier selection and evaluation is subjective, supplier performance management problems, suppliers rarely participate in product early, impeded communication with supplier. Aiming at these problems, this paper makes up for the insufficient problem of audit from strengthening the audit planning work to track audit corrective measures and other methods; according to different product supplier quality management to improve the classification of original quality evaluation system; to improve the system of performance evaluation of supplier, to divide the supplier performance into four different management including A, B, C, D; to construct the supplier relationship management(SRM) to improve the supplier communication platform; to bring the early supplier involvement in project development mode into the traditional new product development, to make full use of supplier’s technical advantage and professional experience, and to realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, validation, and to purchase continuous improvement on supplier quality for products.
