The Research Of Communication Management On The FGD Project Of LM Commpany

Along with the development of our country’s economy, project management plays a more and more important role. The hard technology of project management has been widely used in practice, and has achieved huge success. In addition, project communication management as soft technology in the project is also becoming more and more important. The decision-making, planning and implementation of project are dependent on the project information communication. Therefore effective project communication has a vital role to the success of the project.FGD project schedule delay problem is the starting point of this study. First of all, the article summarizes the research status ofcommunication management theory at home and abroad;then, this paper introduces the background of FGD project implementation, do questionnaire investigation and study to dozens of stakeholders, determine the FGD project poor communication is the main reason for the delay of project schedule. Adopt the method of interview investigation, we obtain the project several problems of the present status of communication, and has carried on the analysis; And then formulate the measures to improve the communication; Finally, establish FGD project communication management model and make risk analysis for the application of the model.This article research results: determine the main reason for the delay in the project period through investigation and study method, make the improvement measures of the FGD project communication, establish the FGD project communication management model, and make the risk analysis, expect to provide a reference for other similar projects in the future to solve the problem of communication management.
