Study On Design Quality Management Of Civil Aircraft

Quality management of design process is an important part of civil aircraft project management. It’s the development of TQM method. Through the effective implementation of the design process, Quality management can improve the civil product quality and organizational efficiency effectively, so as to shorten the product development time, reduce the cost, and to lay the foundation for the healthy and continuously development of civil aviation products in China, and then bring the whole national economic and technological ability with the steady promotion.The methods of quality management of design process has been widely used at abroad, the high-tech sector in our country including civil aircraft product also has certain application, and accumulated rich management experience. But because the ultra long period of civil aircraft products and the extreme complexity, which significant difference with other industries, to overcome the difficulties of the project management, the quality management and therefore has obvious particularity. The current Quality management of design process is still inadequate. For example, Input analysis and Key characteristics identification and management are not enough, the definition of project implementation process needs to be strengthened and the evaluation of output quality is fuzzy. We should further refine the quality management.This thesis is based on practical engineering experience, analyzing the design quality management theory and related literature reference, by using system engineering and process method, analyzing the four aspects relationship of project quality management: project quality planning, project quality assurance, project quality control and project quality improvement, Clearly the status and role of project quality planning in the project quality management. It’s also gives the quality target planning method and identification and analysis method of implementation process which based on process method, and key quality characteristics identification and analysis method based on QFD and demand management. On this basis, focus on project quality control methods and detailed the project quality evaluation and measurement, outsourcing deviation design method of quality control, puts forward the design check list evaluation method and the internal and external customer satisfaction measurement method. This paper also gives the specific method and requirements of project quality assurance and quality improvement. In this paper, combined with the experiences of the civil aircraft design, the proposed methods were verified by application and assessed the effectiveness of them.
