Research Of Quality Management System Of Civil Aircraft Project Of S Company

With the further rapid development of the economy, industry competition is getting fierce among enterprises, competition among enterprises has grown from a single price competition to quality competition. Quality is the first element of enterprise survival and development. The enterprise that wants to survival and develop in the fierce market competition must advance quality level continuously to create the excellent quality.Quality management system is the base of all quality activities. How to combine the quality management theory and characteristic of civil aircraft project of S Company, proposing a new thought of quality management system of civil aircraft manufacturing enterprise, which becomes particularly important.In this paper, make research of quality management system of civil aircraft project of S company, make analyze about the situation of the quality management system of S company, reviewing internal quality audit data to find the weakness of the quality management system which was corresponding with AS9100.Apply questionnaire method and make statistical analysis, to find the problem or suggestion to improve the quality management system. The main problems of the quality management system are two aspects, process interface is undefined and some process activities crossed or missed, and input and output and owner of quality activities are undefined, which make some duty unclear.Finally, refer to the best practices of international advanced aircraft manufacturing enterprises, under the requirements of AS9100 standard and process method, this paper put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and recommendations and describe the establishment of the new quality management system and implementation effect. Quality management system of process method is better than the old one and also continuous improve with the project. At the same time, hope to offer other aircraft manufacturing enterprises as the experience.
