Research On The Design Quality Management Of Domestic C Aircraf Project Of Shen Yang Aircraf Company

Since the reform and opening-up,several commercial aircrafts have been initiated and developed in our country under the “Two long one short” direction of the CPC central committee,and civil aviation industry have obtained a high-speed development.Civil aircraft industry is an important field of high-end manufacturing,the product design quality of which is a key factor to safety and functional integrity,and a significant guarantee for the safety of people's property.In the process of aircraft product design,improving design quality of the product has become an important research content apparently.This article studies the quality management problems in civil aircraft design process according to the domestic C model aircraft project in SACC.The C model aircraft is a turboprop regional civil aircraft with fully autonomous intellectual property rights,which is designed according to the latest international airworthiness standards.As an important component of civil aviation of China,this project can enhance the domestic civil aircraft design technology,integrate with advanced international aircraft R&D enterprises,and strengthen the core competitiveness of our country in the field of R & D and design.This article sticks to the principle of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and applies mature achievements such as the management theory,project management theory and quality control theory to explore the design quality management method of civil aircraft projects.According to airworthiness regulations and AS9100 quality system,study the design quality problems encountered in each design stage of the project thoroughly,and implement effective quality management to the product design activities with both standardized and informational method.First,background and significance of the project,research method and content,and relevant theories are introduced in this article to insure a sound theoretical foundation.Then an in-depth analysis is done for quality status and existing problems in the design process to determine the influencing factors of the design quality.On this basis,determine the key factors of design quality in each stage respectively from scheme demonstration to detailed design.At last,according to the improvement objectives of design quality,propose the design quality improvement scheme in the light of key influencing factors in each design stage of the project.This study will be combined with the actual situation of the project in SACC,to form a complete,effective,and advanced design quality management method.Furthermore,it will promote the combination of results and relevant projects,to ensure that the research production can be a reference for upstream and downstream enterprises and related industries,and provide more theoretical research and practical experience for the development of China's civil aircraft industry.
