Employee training has become one of the most important ways for human resources development in a company, and it has significant meaning for the sustainable development of modern companies. Therefore, whether training is effective gains more and more attention, and more and more companies are thinking about what is the return on the great investment in training. This thesis, targeting at problems existing in current training system of SC company, take use of training related theories and put forward suggestions on improving the current training practice, and then apply the proposed suggestions to a specific training project to prove their feasibility.This thesis totally includes seven chapters. At first it briefs the background and training development history of SC company, and analysis the three problems currently exiting in training system, that is, ineffective training needs analysis, lack of strategy which facilitate training transfer, and lack of training evaluation of deep level. In chapter 3, suggestion is made on improving training needs analysis of SC by combining related theories and the company practice. In chapter 4, training transfer strategy model for SC is established based on theories of training transfer impact elements and models. In chapter 5, training evaluation process was proposed through linking with training evaluation model theories, especially 4-level training evaluation model of Kirkpatrick. Based on the above analysis, in the later chapter, taking use of the above suggestions on improving the current training system, a specific training programme"Coaching and People Development Conversation"was put into practice and improved in ways of identification of the training needs, facilitating training transfer, and deep level evaluation of the training. Through this application, it is proved that those suggestions are applicable.With the development of the company, training as a dynamic development process needs to be reviewed regularly to make further improvement, which will further promote the company's development and enhance its competitive edge.
