| With the high speed development of Chinese economy, the Chinese automobile industries booms, and intensify the competition of whole automobile market. The requirement of quality and price is much higher. The automobile company not only has to reduce cost and increase quality from purchase of raw material and production management step, but also reduce cost, increase quality, assist stable production from the logistics transportation in order to reduce the overall cost of automobile production, reinforce the competitiveness of production.Procurement logistics is one kind of pick-up logistics modes relatively to the delivery system. As a new logistics management mode, procurement logistics conduces to improve enterprise management, reduce logistics costs. The automobile company transforming the traditional mode to pick-up logistic mode is an inevitable direction which is taken as research object by this document. Through the introduction of constitution of operate steps and cost of several current operational mode of inbound logistics, and with the actual research, this document has described and compared two logistic modes which are Procurement pick-up mode and Picking & Supply mode, and has explained the necessity of transformation and key factors.Firstly, this document has explained the differences of operational characters and the major object of operational step in the two logistic modes: Procurement pick-up mode and Picking & Supply mode. Also, it has analyzed the major operational steps in these two logistic modes and described the operational differences in detail. It has decomposed the two operational cost(Transportation and storage) of the two logistic modes, and made mathematical modeling for transportation path and storage bin of the two modes as the scientific basis of comparison of cost. For the problem of milk-run transportation path in Procurement pick-up mode, it has built the optimized route model of vehicle, and raised the Two Phase Algorithm which combines the scanning method and Tabu Search method, transforming vehicle route problem to several travel agent problem, reducing the complexity of the algorithm, leading to optimal path. Through input of actual operational data, the result is that the Procurement pick-up mode is optimized nearly 52% more than Picking & Supply mode about the cost which providing the strong support for the transform of two modes. Finally, through analysis of key operation step of 3 principle parts(OEM, Supplier, 3PL), it has described and required the necessary condition of operation management step of mode transformation and has provided feasible suggestions for transformation of two modes. |
