Study On Optimization Of The Structure And Layout Of Urban And Rural Construction Land In Yulin City

Land is a limited and non-renewable resource.It is the foundation of human survival and development, it's also the source of all human's production and means of subsistence. Rapid economic and social development will inevitably lead to the increase of demand for land in a region. And at the same time, the wasting and unreasonably use of the land resource, intensify land resource usage contradiction, and contradictions between human and land become even more acute. Many People, little arable land, these features spell out China's basic national conditions, especially arable land resources are very scarce. Under such circumstances, how to protect farmland and promote the rational use of land resources has become a major topic to be studied in the rapid urbanization and industrialization process.The primary purpose of the study on optimization of the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land, is to control the urban and rural construction land scale reasonably and adjust its space layout, which will avoid the disorder of urban and rural construction land expansion, and use the urban and rural resources intensively. This thesis makes the theory and examples combined, which is divided into three parts:The first part is the study of introduction,theory and method. Including the first chapter, which is the introduction, and the second chapter about theory and methods. The first chapter analyzes the thesis'purpose, meaning, and briefly describes the situations about the study on optimization of the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land at home and abroad, and presents the main research and technical routes at last. The second chapter analyzes the theory:the location theory, the urban and rural theory, the sustainable development theory and the system theory, and makes a brief description of relationship between the theory and optimization of the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land. Lastly, based the actual needs, the thesis introduces some common mathematical prediction models.The second part is the empirical studies. Takes Yulin for example, to study the structure and layout optimization of the urban and rural construction land. Based on the analysis of current situation of Yulin construction land and development trend, the thesis predicts the target of Yulin City in the planning of urban and rural construction land in total and all kinds of land use, and divide the net increase of urban and rural construction land index to each counties (districts).To combine the Yulin City Master Plan, the thesis presents thoughts about how to optimize the layout of urban construction land use. Finally, proposes policy measures to optimize structure and layout of urban construction land. The third part is the conclusion, which summarizes the results of this paper, and makes a prospect about study on optimization of the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land in the future.
