With the increase of the rapid development of economic globalization, information technology and the diversity of customer demands. The competition between enterprises is growing. Supply chain risk management has become an important means for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage, In order to maintain the core competitiveness and obtain the best economic benefit during the fierce competition in the market. But, the supply chain risk is sudden and uncertainty. The fierce market competition complicate inner structure of the supply chain. The supply chain continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, to gain competitive advantage. Facing the challenges of all kinds of risks, it also becomes more fragile. So the prediction of supply chain risk becomes more and more important for enterprises. Compared with developed countries, the enterprises of our country is still at the starting stage in the research of supply chain risk prediction. The supply chain is the internal and external environment which is more uncertainties. If the enterprise would achieve sustainability of its supply chain, It is necessary to increase the research on supply chain risk prediction. This study is based on this background, We hope to supply chain risk prediction by the new prediction method of application and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper, on the basis of study on supply chain risk prediction, we Consider the correlation between supply chain risk, also explain the characteristics and forming mechanism of supply chain risk. With the help of data mining decision tree model and Apriori algorithm of association rules. The results showed that the supply chain risk prediction. Firstly, we discussed the supply chain risk prediction theory.Supply chain risk mainly by information transfer risk, operation risk, production logistics organization risk, demand risk, economic cycle risk and environmental risk. It is found that there exists a certain correlation between the risk of supply chain. On the basis of this, Computer simulation results obtained supply chain risk data, and we get the association rules of risk by mining the experimental data. Through the analysis of the enterprise management in different situations,the enterprise can effectively control the risk in supply chain network to reduce the impact of supply chain risk and improve the stability of the whole supply chain.
