The Development Strategy Research Of The Highway Enterprise

With the rapid development of global economy, people’s requirement on traveling is higher and higher. And people put forward higher requirements on the service level of highway enterprises. In addition, since the highway is susceptible to policy, and the operating period is limited. As the highway enterprises, how to achieve sustainable development has become the focus of research, and formulating appropriate development strategy of highway enterprises has become a top priority.Firstly, this paper analyzes the classifications and characteristics of highway enterprises, distinguishes highway enterprises and road management enterprises, and makes a clear definition of the highway enterprises. At the same time, choose suitable strategic analysis tools for the highway enterprise development strategic analysis.Secondly, this paper analyzes the 20 highway listed companies’ operating conditions, and come out the highway enterprises’ problems. Porter’s five forces model analyzes the highway enterprises’ business industry environment, the value chain decomposition model breaks down the highway company’s existing main business activities. And build the business advantages evaluation system of the highway enterprises through questionnaires, and use principal component analysis to determine the weights. Then based on the different combinations of highway enterprises’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, using SWOT analysis tool for further analysis, the paper gets the ST strategy, SO strategy, WT strategy and WO strategy.Finally, based on the theoretical analysis of the first five chapters, apply the above theory and method to the modern investment. The paper analyzes the current situation of modern investment and industry environment. Collecting data and using SPSS software to calculate the raw data, the paper obtains the advantages of modern business investment. Based on this, the development strategy of modern investment is to increase the share of business investment in the industry, and focus on training one of the non-core business.
