M company is a typical make-to-order single unit job lot production discrete manufacturing enterprise. The company market environment effect the plan and schedule of M company a lot, but the plan and schedule system based on ERP has imperfect on the actual manipulation that can not satisfy the frequently market metabolic requirement. Firstly, this paper use the TOC theory to analysis the M company’s production actuality and use TOC method to improve M company’s production management. Idiographic exertion is : analysis the production bottleneck and improve the production management according to the TOC implementation steps, and use DBR theory to solve the bottleneck hungry problem of M company.And then, use the key production of M company hydraulic pressure locking equipment as the case to build TOC plan and schedule model and DBR model. In the model, 3 sales orders of different delivery date as case validate the plan and schedule based on TOC is validity and advanced. Case 1 is capacity bottleneck status, the experiment proved the actual delivery date is early than sales order delivery date; Case 2 is capacity reduce and sales order delivery date change bottleneck more serious status, and the experiment also proved the TOC plan and schedule system is effective: the actual delivery date sequence is same as new sales order sequence. Because of the capacity reduce, the actual delivery is little later than required delivery date, but the total late time is smaller than the ERP plan and schedule time. So the conclusion is : plan and schedule based on TOC is better than based on ERP.
