Evaluation Research About Tourism Attaction Of Agricultural Park In Shanghai

Agriculture Parks with different quality were built around the country since the "agricultural landscape" was proposed and the development of leisure agriculture. There is no viable method and theoretical support of evaluation about how these Agriculture Parks attract tourists.Based on the relevant theory of landscape architecture and tourism, this article conducted a systematic study to the generation mechanism of leisure agriculture tourism,agricultural landscape resources classification and the evaluation system of tourism attraction. Select eight leisure agriculture Parks in Shanghai as samples, through information access, field research, surveys and so on to collect the basic data, established the evaluation system of tourism attraction of agricultural parks. Use the single index analysis and comprehensive analysis to evaluate the eight Agriculture Parks in Shanghai and get weakness of the attraction level.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(A) Research on the tourism attraction of Agriculture ParkCombined with the literature research and system analysis method to study the generation mechanism and influencing factors of the tourism attraction of Agricultural Park. Tourism attraction of Agriculture Park is composed by agricultural landscape resources, tourist’s demand pull thrust and agricultural park conditions auxiliary. Landscape resources aesthetic value, cultural values, economic value and ecological value, Park development, travel conditions, and tourists’ decision-making influence perception, satisfaction and so on are the influence factors of tourist attraction of the Agriculture Parks.(B) Establish a tourist attraction evaluation system of Agricultural ParkAccording to scientific, systematic, feasibility, the combination of qualitative andquantitative evaluation system principles, building the evaluation index system of Agricultural Park. It contains 3 rules, 8 indicators layers and 25 factors. By using AHP analysis method, in order to obtain the weight of index system, laid the foundation for the tourism attraction evaluation of the Agricultural Park.(C) Empirical research with the evaluation system establishedEight Agriculture Parks in shanghai was chosen for the evaluation samples, Get the attractiveness ratings with calculate of basic data obtained. The result shown to us, Shanghai flower port, Zhong Xin Tai Sheng demonstration farm, Du Shi Cai Yuan have higher attractiveness, Malu Grape Park, Huating agricultural park, Nanhui peach village, Sun Qiao, Yu Sui Lv Yuan have general attractiveness. Tourism attraction situation of agricultural parks in shanghai is in general.(D) Analysis on the tourist attraction of leisure and tourism Agriculture Park in ShanghaiUsing the single index analysis and comprehensive analysis method to analyze the results, using the histograms to compare the intensity of the attraction of different parks, the features of the attraction of the eight agricultural parks will be presented by the radar map method. According to the characters of attractive factors, the main reasons Leads to lower tourism attraction of Agriculture Park in Shanghai is(1) plan and design deficiency leads to lower landscape aesthetic value,(2) effect of seasonal factors of agricultural;(3) the poor management of parks and inadequate publicity and marketing.This paper unifies the landscape discipline and the traveling discipline theory, analyzes the mechanism of leisure and tourism Agriculture Park’s attraction, build the evaluation system of tourist attraction, and then carry out an approval study on it, which enriched the theories and methods of evaluation of agricultural park. The empirical results provide scientific basis for the development of the Agriculture Park in Shanghai.
