The Reasearch Of Stakeholders And Communication Management Based On Delivery Metrics Optimization Of Supply Chain

An increasing number of researchers dedicated in improving communication effect between stakeholders, as stakeholder management is exactly important part of project management system. In the context of supply chain management project, this research studied the methods of stakeholder identification and communication enhancement between stakeholders. It significantly influenced communication effect between stakeholders, and is helpful for supply chain performance promotion.First of all, this thesis proposed a framework of stakeholder management. Furthermore, this thesis identified key customers and order fulfillment team of stakeholders by data analysis and expert judgment. In addition, this thesis improved stakeholder communication management by delivery metrics optimization of supply chain. The technique of optimization included adding customer dimension into original delivery metrics, developing an online dashboard by tableau, setting up customer value oriented supply chain performance evaluation system, reorganizing order fulfillment team and building end-to-end communication mechanism by RACI model and customer behavior analysis. At last, the improvement of the stakeholder communication was reflected by improvement of supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
