Reviewed the research progress of logistics efficiency in recent years, and briefly describes the main frame and the contents of the article.Then, the logistics and related logistics efficiency theory is briefly introduced, and several logistics efficiency evaluation methods were compared. In the evaluation process,the author highlights the DEA and several theories of the CCR model in DEA for theactual calculation in order to providing a theoretical basis for Hebei logistics efficiency of DEA analysis.Then, based on the analysis of the status of the logistics industry, the infrastructure,distribution and warehousing industry in Hebei province, discussed detailed on the policy environment, infrastructure and logistics structures of Hebei Province. Then use DEA model to make comparison between Hebei Province and neighboring cities longitudinal,pure technical efficiency and the overall efficiency of the logistics industry in Hebei Province were evaluated. After that, the author analyzed the situation of different cities of Hebei province, focused on the economic indicators which are related to the logistics industry, explored the situation of the logistics efficiency in Hebei province. And using qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis to provide data to support the development of the logistics industry in Hebei ProvinceFinally, the article discussed the problems in the development of the logistics industry in Hebei Province deeply. According to the DEA empirical analysis of the theoretical model on the logistics of Hebei Province, provide appropriate solutions to the existing problems.
