Research On The Efficiency Of Logistics Industry Under The Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On DEA

Under the inevitable trend of economics integration and the progress of science and technology,regional logistics has become an important factor to measure the level of regional economic development,which is an important industry to reduce urban spatial barrier,communicate trans-regional production and consumption and improve economic efficiency.As the most developed and dynamic economic zone in the north of China,the Bejing-Tianjin-Hebei region,although the logistics quantity is large,the logistics industry is not strong.So it is of practical significance to study the efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region logistics industry,to analyze the causes of its inadequate efficiency,to seek measures improving the efficiency of logistics industry under the collaborative development,and to ensure the faster and better coordinated development of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.On the basis of research results at home and abroad,this paper through sorting out related literature on the efficiency of logistics and regional logistics efficiency,includes following parts.First of all,this paper gives qualitative analysis about China's logistics industry policy environment,and policy environment,infrastructure,enterprise development of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,then summarizes its development advantages.In the next part of this paper,the DEA analysis method is used to measure the performance of the logistics industry,and the evaluation indexes are determined according to the present situation and characteristics of the regional logistics industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and then the regional logistics efficiency evaluation system is constructed.The C~2R model,BC~2model and Malmquist index method were used to calculate the technical efficiency values of the logistics industry in 10 provinces of eastern China.And using MAXDEA and DEAP2.1 software,the horizontal and vertical measurements were carried out for systematically analyzing the efficiency of the logistics industry in this region.Finally,based on the present situation of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and DEA analysis,this paper draws the main obstacles to the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics industry,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the collaborative development environment.
