Research On Countermeasures Of Regional Economic Development In Hebei Coast:Based On Core-Periphery Theory

The Hebei Coastal areas including Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Cangzhou three cities, land area is 35,700 square kilometers, accounting for 19% of the province; Coastline is 487 kilometers, the sea area is 7,000 square kilometers, which is an important part of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei. The Hebei Coastal area in promoting coordinated regional development plays an active role, and undertakes the task of Beijing and Tianjin functional expansion and transfermation of industries. The area is not a major thoroughfar of the East of Western Union’s strategic hubs but also is one of opening doors in northern China, which protected strategic resources such as national energy supplies, maintenance and economic security. The area is rich in strategic resources and is one of China’s best coastal areas which has the obvious advantages such as natural resources, transportation systems, land space, industrial base, whose potential for development is huge, and the strategic position is very prominent.In this paper a comprehensive field investigation of the three coastal cities in Hebei based on the social and cultural situation by using literature analysis method in the past about Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Cangzhou three cities are classified and analyzed; at the same time, through data collecting fully collected along the coast of Hebei city in 2001 three to 2013 data between the social and economic development, the use of quantitative analysis and chart analysis methods on the development of social economy in Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Cangzhou three were analyzed, and made a prospect analysis.In this paper, as the report summary of the development of social economy in coastal areas of Hebei, for the collaborative development of Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Cangzhou three city in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, choose the future direction of development, has a certain reference value. It is this paper’s starting point and destination point.
