Analysis Of Coupling Coordination Development Between Economy Development Of Coastal Areas And The Marine Environment In Hebei Proyince

The coastal areas have been the forefront of economic development zone in the world, it created most of the man wealth based on less land area.The economy development of coastal area mainly rely on ocean space and resources.On the one hand, coastal area has achieved rapid economic developmentrelied in marine resources; on the other hand, the unreasonable development and utilization cause negative influence on themarine ecological environment. Therefore, seeking a coordinated development of both is becoming a hot spot.In this background, the aim of the study is to understand the coordinated development conditions of land regional economy and marine environment better of Hebei. Itis also an important scientific basis for adjusting industrial layout of land and ocean reasonably, and promoting the effective utilization of resources and the sustainable development of coastal economy.The article looked the coupling coordination between economy development of coastal areas and the marine environment in Hebei province as the research object.On the basis of summarized previous research and accessed to a lot of data, according tothe economy and environment statistics from 2001 to 2013 of Hebei province, analyzed the present situation of coastal area economic development and marine environmentin Hebei provinceby using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the comprehensive evaluation of that was done with Entropy value method.The coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree that between coastal area economy and marineenvironment of Hebei Province was calculated and the coordinated development degreeof bothwere evaluatedby using of the coupling coefficients mode.Then, analyzed the factors that restricted the coordinated development of coastal area economy and marine environmentin hebei and to put forward the appropriate control plans and measures,the results showthat:1.From 2001 to 2013, the economy rise steadily and the marine environment is not stable in Hebei province. The coupling coordination development level of economy and marine environment that showed a rising trend in volatility not only in the whole coastal areas but also in the threecoastal city.The type of system coordination can be divided into disorder recession, barely coordinate developmental and coordinate developmental.The system mainly in the antagonistic and running-inperiods, and the whole of that toward to the benign and orderly direction. The coupling coordination development level of economy-marine environment system in Qinhuangdao is more stable than the other two cities.2.In the analysis of the factors that restricted the coordinated development of coastal area economyand marine environmentin Hebei, it was found that although the economy developed continuously, there were still problems that would not harmonious in the research range, such as the unreasonable industrial structure, extensive economic growth mode and the increased pressure of ecological environment and so on.3.In view of the problems that existed in the coordinated development of coastal area economy and the marine environment in Hebei, put forward suggestions and schemes respectively from three angles that were the economic, environmental and social.There are specific measures that can be used to solve the problems.Firstly, to adjust the industrial structure and to realize linkage development of the land and sea. Secondly, to attache great importance to the development of science and technology and to transform the mode which economic growth.Third, to strengthen the marine environment pollution control and ecological construction.Finally, to improve the system of relevant laws and regulations and to strengthen publicity and education and so on.
