Because of the principle of the law of the market is the survival of the fittest, the venture enterprises have different problems come from the organization form, the size of strength, the uneven-degree of modernization and scientific management and other aspects. They face many challenges in the initial stage of entrepreneurship. So now we have a common and urgent problem that start-up how to win in the business enterprise, which according to the characteristics of entrepreneurial enterprises, research and analysis of a scientific system of the period of entrepreneurship management. For the start-ups can develop smoothly in the future, human factors occupy a major role, the study of how start-ups motivation their staff motivation has important value.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the incentive mechanism of domestic and foreign research, this article expounds the process of enterprises in the establishment of incentive mechanism and the needs to focus on balancing several factors.It describes the design key points and incentive mechanism design method for start-up enterprises should pay attention to.A company is a sole proprietorship enterprise, focus on smart home products sales agent work.
