The Interpretation Of Land Ownership Famers’ Poverty In Western

The problem is that Chinese farmers, while farmers in the land. More precisely,is the farmer’s poverty, especially the economy is relatively backward western farmers rely on land, the land problem in the most difficult, most likely to lead to the poverty problem is farmers’ land property rights.The definition of land property rights poverty refers to the desire of farmers in land property rights get less satisfaction, caused by the limited aspects of rights caused by the lack of poverty. In relative to the land rights give full play to the state,the study of western rural farmers in a poor state of land property rights exists missing cases. In this paper, the research in the poor mountainous areas in western China poverty and regional ecological fragile dual characteristics as a starting point, from a new perspective of institutional economics, on the basis of the theory of land property rights, poverty of the western farmers land property rights.Based on the introduction of current China rural poverty status, characteristics,causes and the rural land property rights system of the current situation and problems on the basis of the current situation and problems of rural land property rights system in the west, and real survey data from five counties in Guizhou province and the case selection, respectively from the land transfer the system of land expropriation system,security system, to analysis of the relationship between rural land property rights institution and poor farmers, analyzes the influence of the poverty of the farmers land property rights system.This paper selects a typical case study area of Guizhou County in Guanling province were surveyed again,combined with case analysis and measurement, understanding of the land property right in the shadow of Guanlingcounty poverty poverty of farmers in the area of affect. The results show that: the dependence of farmers on the land, the greater the probability of occurrence of agricultural land ownership transfer or change, the more clearly the issue of land rights of rural poor farmers highlighted; pay special attention to the issue of land rights of rural women, and properly dealing with landless rural women solve land issues; protect the rights of farmers in the transfer and change of land rights occurred.Finally, the general analytical case as well as the west to make land property rights of farmers in Western China poverty, the research conclusion and policy enlightenment.
