Research On Circular Economy In The Downstream Metallurgical Industrial Zone Of Haihe River

With the rapidly development of industry,the traditional extensive economic increasing way makes the resources dry up faster and faster,which leads to increasingly serious environmental pollution.Recycling economy becomes the inevitable road of industrial development,and it also builds the new bridge of environment and economic development at the same time.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of Haihe downstream metallurgical industry zone and the review of literature about the recycling economy and industrial symbiosis knowledge,using the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,empirical research and normative research method,combining with the theories of recycling economy,industrial symbiosis,ecological industry and so on,integrated applying the methods of SWOT matrix analysis and industrial symbiosis model construction,the author carried out the study of Haihe downstream metallurgy industry circulation economy.Firstly,the studies analyzed and summarized the three aspects of current situation of Haihe downstream metallurgical industrial zone,including natural environment,social economy and the realistic foundation of the industrial zone,which laid the foundation of establishing recycling economy and industrial symbiosis development way.Secondly,the paper analyzed the above present situation with the SWOT matrix and the existing advantages and disadvantages of the industrial zone,and stated the possible opportunities and challenges of the industrial zone.Thirdly,the paper formulated the basic goal of the recycling economy about Haihe downstream metallurgical industry zone.Then,the author studied the overall planning of recycling economy at the beginning of the totality in the industrial zone,building the subsystem of recycling economy and industrial symbiosis respectively from industrial system,service system,the infrastructure system once more.The preliminary effect of recycling economy and industrial symbiosis was expounded finally in Haihe downstream metallurgy industry zone.Fourthly,the researches specific discussed the circular economy implementation safeguard measures of the industrial zone respectively from the organization,management,technology,capital,propaganda and education and social supervision and so on.This paper was based on the current status of the development of Haihe downstream metallurgical industrial zone.It is universal that the author builds the circular economy industrial symbiosis development model.In the final,the author put forward the circular economy industrial symbiosis model implementation safeguard measures.It is of great significance for most of the industrial zone of circular economy development in our country.
