With the development of times, post-80 s have been main force in the larbor market in our country, playing an important role in a lot of positions and careers.At the same time, the thinking model,value concept and behavior habit of post-80 s are very differient from people of pre-80 s. They have a distinguished opinion on their own job and a particular boundary line to success.They are not frightened of power and look down upon rules. This unique values and ways of doing things make them infidelity to the enterprise where they work in. Many businesses and organizations are suffering from an embarrassing situation that post-80 s employees leave and change jobs frequently.The problem which post-80 s leave office and turnover frequently has also been a focus in public opinion and medium as well as a hot point in the field of manpower resource management.Currently, the situation that post-80 s low-level employees turnover frequently make managers most troublesome in Huabei Oilfield. It is also the important issues which the company needs to resolve. This paper carry out an investigation on the post-80 s low-level employees who have left and the ones who has a tendency to leave in the way of questionnaires in Huabei Oilfield. And analysis on the reasons.And summarize the reasons for leaving from personal, social and Huabei Oilfield own three perspectives.Enterprises serving as major attendee in market economy and cells of national economy, are the most important factors that affecting the employees to leave or to stay.Therefore, this article startingfrom the Huabei Oilfield itself, combined with the reasons for departure, improving six incentive measures——Perfect the incentive pay system, focusing on pay equity, develop career development planning, smooth training promotion channels, use of mental stimulation, pay close attention to the mood of employees, employee turnover strengthen management, improve six incentive performance evaluation system. Striving to provide some reference and inspiration to stabilize post-80s′ low-level employees and create employee loyalty for the Huabei Oilfield company.
