Study On The Development Of China Industry Association

Industry Association is a product of market economy, and it is a vital component of the market economy system.In recent years, as the development of socialist market economy, deepen economic restructuring and the reform and shift of government functions,China industry Association has been developed rapidly.Along with the Social Unhook Reform Plan will be formally introduced,The Development Committee of Wholesale Market, China Marketing Association will meet a new challenge which is currently showing a continuous expansion of emerging industry, folk and self-discipline.However,there are many problems need to be solved,such as ambiguous position,imperfect function and unreasonable management system.First of all,based on working practice,by using induction method,comparative law and positive law,on the basic theory and discusses of Industry Association,this paper introduced the growth of foreign industry association and domestic industry association,which tired to lay the foundation for the development of The Development Committee of Wholesale Market, China Marketing Association.Secondly,tried to analyze the internal and external factors for the development of China Marketing Association based on the survey, and summarize some existing problems, such as imperfect management system,backward laws and regulations,lack of the necessary functions and so forth.Finally, according to the reality of The Development Committee of Wholesale Market, China Marketing Association,by combining the growth experience of foreign and domestic Industry Association, opportunities and challenges of China Industry Association, this paper tried to offer some suggestions in terms of self-consturction, service function, cooperation mechanism and social responbility.
