Internet has changed the way people interact with each other in the organization; in particular general staff have the opportunities to express their ideas and suggestion without the restrictions of time and place. Existing researches have already pointed out the non face-to-face way that online interaction presents less social interaction stress and lower social anxiety level than face-to-face interaction. These advantages can help employees decrease fears while they want to suggest challenge opinion. As a kind of initiative participation behavior challenging the status quo, employee voice behavior has been regarded as the important source of organizational innovation and achieving competitive advantage. But the researches on the effect of online interaction on employee voice under the Social Networking Services are still blank. Therefore, this study explored the mechanism of the impact of online interaction on employee voice in the Social Networking Services environment so as to provide foundations for theoretical researches and management practices.Based on the literature review of related researches on online interaction, fear of evaluation, employee voice from home and abroad, a cognitive model of social phobia and evolution of social anxiety, this paper explored the corresponding measurement scales of online interaction under Network environment. What’s more, this paper also developed the model of online interaction, fear of evaluation(fear of negative evaluation, fear of positive evaluation), employee voice(prohibitive voice behavior, promotive voice behavior). In addition, the measurement scales and model were justified through the exploratory factor analysis, CFA analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, intermediary effect analysis by adopting the SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 statistics software.The findings revealed that employee voice in Network environment can be described in three dimensions: online interaction can relieve fear of evaluation to promote employee voice; fear of negative evaluation have a greater influence on prohibitive voice behavior than promotive voice behavior; fear of positive evaluation have a greater influence on promotive voice behavior than fear of negative evaluation. Finally, based on the above conclusions this paper proposed some suggestions for companies’ promoting employee voice in Network environment.
