With the development of internet and manufacturing capabilities, social productivity has been released effectively in the 21 st century, which also gave birth to the consumer demand for personalization and innovation. Considering the development of automobile industry, new energy vehicles, autonomous vehicles and other new products emerge in an endless stream to meet the diversified demands of the market. In accordance with coming of the industrial 4.0 and the penetration of Internet cogitation, automobile industry will be in great-leap-forward development in the coming decade, meanwhile human way to travel will be changed again. Innovation is considered as the general trend of this century once again. This also indicates that the next wave of automobile enterprise management, management innovation: innovation is put into effective management planning, following the clear guiding principles and methodology, systematic innovation is going on continuously and keep the competition advantage for long time.Automobile manufacturing industry is considered to be the most complex large-scale production industry, The key to the success or failure of automobile enterprises is the vendor system’s support, with the automobile industry globalization and differences in development, tremendous changes are merged in its manufacturing and supply mode. Facing the increasingly fierce market environment, the function of modern automobile suppliers group is no longer simple outsourcing processing, and involved in the product realization of each link, the boundary of the firm is crossed in the R&D and manufacture, and cooperates with vendors.Supplier innovation ability promotion also need to be included in the management category of automobile enterprises, at the same time the management and operation of the enterprises is needed to be strengthen, which requires not only innovation index is added in the existing evaluation system, but also need a supplier evaluation system based on the innovation and evaluation method, which is also the research object of this paper. It also requires automobile enterprise to improve its own innovation ability, at the same time, build a supplier team to match their own innovation ability.The auto industry in China started late, the foundation is poor, although has madecertain progress in recent years, but the overall level is still insufficient; so it is withsuppliers. In order to have a global competitiveness, China’s automobile enterprisesneed to continuous innovation in each step of the automotive industry to shorten the gap; On the other hand, the innovation waves of the auto market tide more intensified pressure for automobile enterprises in our country. Enterprise is faced a complex environment with variety of innovation pattern coexistence. It put forward the stringent requirements of the supplier evaluation and management.Firstly current innovation mode of automobile enterprises is divided, which mainly distinguished as product innovation of growth market and product innovation of mature market, and the different demands for supplier management under each innovation mode are proposed. On the basis combining with the empirical method and literature method, a supplier evaluation system is optimized, and innovation is included in the scope of evaluation. The supplier two-dimensional distribution model based on the inertia of cooperation and innovation capacity is proposed firstly, which breaks the traditional single dimension evaluation, and it is more scientific and intuitive to reflect the level of supplier. The supplier strategy management system is build, supplier management strategy based on two-dimensional classification of innovation is clarified from the strategy classification, strategy composition, management process and strategy of Library.Finally, according to the product innovation currency of C company, the existing enterprise innovation mode is concluded. Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and yaaph soft ware, the radar chart of supplier capacity requirements in each innovation mode is exhibited; part of the supplieris selected for evaluating and gives the corresponding diagnostic advice, the results prove that the evaluation system is scientific and practical.
