| Benchmark lean,founded in 2009,is a training and consulting firm focused on providing lean management services to manufacturing companies.This paper takes Guangzhou Benchmark Lean Enterprise Management Co.,Ltd.as the research object,enhances the competitive advantage through innovative business model,explores the inherent development law of strengthening and expanding,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the company,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the operation of its business model.Using the six elements of the business model to analyze the existing business model operation status of the benchmark lean company,combined with the actual situation of the consulting industry,researching the specific practices and paths of the innovative business model,and proposing a new development suitable for the stable development of the benchmark lean company.Business model and its implementation plan.In this paper,business model innovation as a subject,on the basis of drawing lessons from relevant theories at home and abroad,a clear definition of business model and elements,key points.out the effective commercial mode must be from positioning,business systems,key resources,the enterprise value,profit model,and the six elements of free cash flow structure,and on the basis of the logical relationship between the six elements,set up suitable for lean benchmarking model the company’s business model.Through the use of the Wei-Zhu model of business model and the relevant analysis tools of strategic management,this paper systematically analyzes the company from the status quo of benchmarking lean company,points out the shortcomings of the existing business model of benchmark lean company,and proposes the enterprise for these shortcomings.Reconstruction of business model: By integrating resource allocation,using the Internet + community concept,building a knowledge community,a knowledge sharing platform,and building a vertical application platform,ultimately achieving a win-win situation for customers,knowledge providers,and platforms.Finally,in order to ensure the practicability of the restructured business model,it is pointed out that benchmarking lean companies should focus on solving problems and corresponding measures in the operation of the new business model. |
