| The article analyze pension real estate development model based on the perspective of tourism destination, combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative research, integrated use of literature research, case studies and other research methods, and mathematical and statistical tools such as Matlab, discussed through five main framework: first, the basic concepts and development features of the pension real estate are analyzed, software and hardwarefor aging and provide appropriate services is the most significant features to pension real estate; then from the perspective of tourism destination to explore the characteristics of pension real estate in tourism destination, and then analyzes the four existing development model: Embedded development model, hotel development model, rural development model and compound development model, and were analyzed mainly from land acquisition, development characteristics, operation mode and source markets; development operations pension real estate in tourism destination involve various risk factors, whichdivided into the source risk, process risk, the ultimate risk, forming five risk levels according to the Interpretive Structural Model, and therefore policy interpretation, market mining and nurturing, financing and operating model building become risk-averse focus; Finally, Hainan Tianlaiquan, for example, from the value of the object, products and services, profit model, the allocation of resources to deconstruct the development model of Hainan Tianlaiquan. The research is committed to objectively reflect the level and efficiency of development operations of pension real estate in tourism to provide reference proposal for related enterprises. |
