The Research Of Benign Progression Of Female Secretaries’ Career

With the economic and social development in recent decades, professional women began to penetrate in the fields of politics, economy and culture, and played an important role in these areas. They became a beautiful scenery line on the social landscape.Female secretary is one of important professions of women in our country. It is widely distributed and favored by women.However, it is one of the most controversial careers. As far as I am concerned, we could only solve the problem by finding the crux of the problem. The article is divided into four main parts.The first and second part is to explore the career distress of female secretary and the causes of occupational obsession. The third and fourth part of the article is to propose solutions for the healthy development of the female secretary. To be specific, the first part is based on the author’s own and neighboring female secretary(mainly in Guangzhou) working experience, which referred to related theory and summarized the existing six career problems of the female secretary initially——Professional image distortion, career orientation fuzzy, physical and mental work overload, low-level work role, complicated interpersonal relationship, and promotion space jam. The second part is to analyze the causes of female secretary professional problem according to the society, organizations and themselves. The third part pointed out that women could achieve self-worth in the secretary job and become a senior secretary from junior secretary in the developing direction. The fourth part puts forward the thinking and Suggestions on the healthy development of female secretary’s professional from society, organization and themselves. Only combined with social security, organizational support and their own efforts can female secretary get rid of a lot of troubles. They thus are free to bloom in the workplace and realize the career aspirations and life value.
