Fruits and vegetables, agricultural products has a strong regional, different countries in fruits and vegetables agricultural products with different characteristics, fruit and vegetable supply chain vulnerability makes its outbreak of a lot of problems, especially in China’s infrastructure and information system is not perfect, the influence to the ultimate benefit of the final consumer.In this paper choose Harbin as the object of study, the development status and characteristics of fruits and vegetables agricultural products supply chain research in Harbin City area, build the risk evaluation index system of the agricultural products supply chain, using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method carries on the quantitative evaluation and necessary risk prevention and control measures. Fruit and vegetable supply chain risk assessment of key is recognition in Harbin City area of fruit and vegetable supply chain risk degree, and puts forward the corresponding reasonable proposals to deal with, so as to effectively improve the fr uit and vegetable supply chain operational efficiency and effectiveness, and as far as possible to reduce the cost of inputs, to ensure the fruit and vegetable growers, wholesalers and final consumer interests. First defines the fruit and vegetable supply chain, fruit and vegetable supply chain risk identification, control the concept, summarizes the characteristics of fruit and vegetable supply chain in Harbin and the existing problems, and the establishment of effective fruit and vegetable supply chain ri sk evaluation index system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the analysis to the Harbin area to collect data, and finally puts forward the suggestions of risk control.
