A Study On The Risk Of Vegetable Logistics Assessment In Shandong Province

With the development of economics, logistics plays an important role in people's lives. In addition, the vegetable logistics has its own characteristics due to its characteristics of fresh vegetables, and its external environment and internal process are always in motion and change, so its development has a higher risk. At present, the comprehensive risk management system of vegetable logistics in our country has not been formed, and it is difficult to analyze early warning and control of risk effectively as soon as possible. Therefore, it is critical to carry out logistics risk and the prevention of the vegetables and establish a set of scientific risk management system of vegetable logistics.Shandong Province is the first big province for its vegetable production, and its vegetable logistics is typical. Vegetable logistics is an important part of agricultural logistics in Shandong Province and even in China. In this context, Leading an effectively identification to the risk factors of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province, then constructing a set of effective risk assessment model, finally giving reasonable suggestions for it, has great theoretic value and practical significance.This article mainly aims at the research of risk assessment and prevention for the vegetable logistics in Shandong Province. The thesis first introduces the research background, the current research situation both at home and abroad, decides the research targets and methods, and makes the clear research ideas and content. Then, it introduces the main theories, including the related logistics theory, risk theory and main modern comprehensive evaluation method. Next, according to the present situation of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province, the paper analyzes the problems which exist in the risk control, and identifies the risk factors based on that. And then, step-by-step hierarchy structure is composed of risk index by hierarchical relationships to build the risk evaluation index system. Finally the paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation model for the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province on the basis of AHP and FCE. According to the results of evaluation, the paper presents some feasible approaches to the risk prevention of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province.On the basis of the achievements of system assessments both at home and abroad, the paper studied the general assessment and evaluating methods of the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province in view to its features. The main achievement is the establishment of a general indicator system for assessment of the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province. Based on this indicator system, AHP-FCE is applied to assessment of the risk. The main results are obtained from four aspects:(1) Based on the indicators within the framework of indicator system of domestic and foreign vegetable logistics and in view to its features, the indicators are filtered and extended in order to establish an original assessment indicator system that is available to the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province.(2) The method of AHP-FCE is applied to comprehensive assessment of the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province. Detailed approaches and processions are systematically discussed and designed.(3) 20 factors are filtered to establish the indicator system to confirm the criterion standards. The method of AHP-FCE is applied to the comprehensive assessment of the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province.(4) The risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province is moderate risk based on the assessment results. The paper presents some feasible approaches to the risk prevention of the vegetable logistics in Shandong Province.In all, a model based on AHP-FCE is put forward in this paper, and it is easy to be comprehended, operated and programmed using Matlab. The result showed that the assessment system was scientific and reasonable. Therefore the assessment result was reliable. The evaluation results facilitate improvement of managing level of the vegetable logistics situation in Shandong Province by providing more information about the vegetable logistics in Shandong Province, and by providing a basis for complete comprehension about the impacts of various factors on the constructions of the risk of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province. In addition, the evaluation result can also provide firsthand data of management and policies to ensure the healthy development of vegetable logistics in Shandong Province.
