Ecological Perspective Of Guizhou Industrial Enterprises Above Designated Size Innovation Ability Evaluation And Countermeasures Research

Developing provinces in economy and late-developing area in China’s western regions, Guizhou Province proposed a development strategy of "industrialized province” under the circumstance of its low industrialization level, and strives to set out on a path of new and environmental industrialization depending on advancing technology, decreasing energy consumption, optimizing ecological environment and other measures to support the industrialization. Enterprises are the lifeblood of economic development in a country or a region, Guizhou should speed up the development of industrial organizations especially those above designated size in order to accelerate the process of industrialization. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the important role of the innovation-driven during the development of industrial enterprises which above designated size in Guizhou by analyzing the current status and the existing main problems of those organizations above the scale of development in Guizhou Province. Combining with the need of the current socio-economic and enterprise development, the evaluation index system in this paper has been designed from technological innovative capabilities and eco-innovative capabilities, and a comparison was made between the innovations of enterprises which above designated size and the enterprises’ innovation in other provinces around the world by taking advantage of factor analysis. The research conclusion regarding this paper will be drawn finally, and then proposing the necessity to carry out the technical innovation and eco-innovation. Meanwhile enterprises should draw lessons from other provinces which have positive experience in technical innovation and eco-innovation. Thus it can provide a route for future development and offer a basis for reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.
