Analysis And Evaluation Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Jilin Industrial Enterprises Above Designated Size

At present, our country is in a crucial period of economic and social developmentmodel transformation, from the past resource dependent models to innovation-driventransformation. And technological innovation ability is the key in realizing of drivinginnovation development strategy. Especially in the globalization and informationsociety, technological innovation ability has become an important driving force in acountry or a region’s economic development mode transformation and structureadjustment. As a province of northeast traditional industry in China, Jilin province’sdevelopment of industrial enterprises above designated size plays a key role inchanging the way of economic development, adjustment of economic structure.Therefore, based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the Jilinprovince’s industrial enterprise technology innovation ability this paper puts forwardrelevant countermeasures and suggestions. It has a certain practical significance toraise the level of science and technology innovation and change the way of promotingeconomic development of Jilin province.By reviewing the related literature at home and abroad, they provide thecorresponding theoretical basis for study of this article. Secondly, this paper analysesthe current situation of technological innovation of Jilin province’s the industrialenterprises above designated size, on the basis summarizes the general developmentsituation, respectively from the the current situation of technology innovationinvestment, technology innovation support situation by comparison of horizontal andvertical, finding out the gap between Jilin province industrial enterprises abovedesignated size in technology innovation and developed province’s and analyzing thereasons. The fourth chapter, on the basis of the previous research’s theory and method,this paper constructs the index system on evaluation the technological innovationability of industrial enterprises above designated size, and uses factor analysis methodto calculate the index by using the data in the statistical yearbook to obtain the level ofthe technology innovation ability of the industrial enterprises above designated size inthirty-one provinces2011, and finds out the main factors influencing the technology innovation ability of Jilin province industrial enterprises above designated size.Through calculation of Jilin province each index in the national ranking of31provinces, this paper finds out the reasons of the Jilin province industrial enterprise’spoor technology innovation ability, and based on this, this paper puts forward therelated countermeasures suggestions and reference opinions to promote Jilin provinceindustrial enterprise technology innovation ability, the innovation of science andtechnology level of Jilin province, and to change the way of promoting Jilin provinceeconomic development and to achieve the across from agricultural province to anindustrial strong province.
