In recent years, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, on the one hand, the traditional task performance is more difficult to assess, on the other hand, employees feel high pressure. The feeling of working is becoming increasingly important for employees. At this point, the work engagement as a positive behavior in work, draw more attention of enterprises. Improving employee job involvement, not only can help to increase business efficiency, but also can help to improve the working experience.The leader’s behavior has been used as an important factor to deal with. In the tradition of Chinese culture, ethics has been considered as the core behavior of a leader, so the "virtuous lead to followers, followers lead to money, money can be useful", So this paper selected ethical leadership as the dependent variable, researching the impact of ethical leadership on the staff, to help companies improve their performance.To explore the impact of ethical leadership on staff, this paper chooses "psychological empowerment" as a mediating variable. First, sort out how the ethical leadership affect the work engagement. Secondly, present theoretical derivation propose appropriate assumptions and prepare appropriate questionnaire survey. Finally, the research will use empirical analysis to test hypotheses, finding the relationship among ethical leadership, psychological empowerment and work engagement.The results show ethical leadership have a positive impact on the three dimensions of job involvement, and psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role in in. The work focuses on the ethical leadership of the intermediary role of the largest in its work the role of energy in the second, in the role of work and dedication to a minimum. In this paper, the results of further discussion and analysis, provide some management advice for enterprises.
