Study On The Standards And Methods Of Ecological Compensation

As a hot subject of present research at home and abroad, ecological compensation need to constantly explore and summarize the research and practice. At this stage the emphasis and difficulty in research on ecological compensation is the determination of ecological compensation standard and compensation mode choice.Firstly, this thesis describes the special properties of the ecological environment and ecological compensation, and then focuses on the selection and manner of determining compensation for ecological compensation standard.This thesis used empirical analysis method and demonstrates that the correct use of market method is realistic choice to determine ecological compensation standards currently, and on how to properly use the market approach, the thesis also put forward the scientific methods and procedures.Furthermore, the article also pointed out that monetary compensation should conduct as the main form of ecological compensation, and put forward the idea on how to develop a scientific way of compensation, and how to reform and improve the various compensation modes.Finally, the thesis take the first phase of the North River YB lake construction projects in G City as an example, describes the application of the market approach in the project in ecological compensation.The research findings, opinions and recommendations of this thesis contribute to improve the compensation mechanism and policy system of ecological, and to improve public decision-making and innovates ecological compensation ideas, as well as ecological compensation work.
